Double rooms:
2 double rooms are upstairs and 1 downstairs. All of them are really spacious and have a bed, wardrobe and few additional cupboards. (some things shown in the photos might be slightly different)

Transport links:
Very easy access to A3, just a couple of minutes drive.
Raynes Park station is around 7min by walk. With trains every 3-5min to central London. Takes 15min to Vauxhall or 18min to Waterloo.
Just 2min to the bus station, bus 131 towards Kingston or Tooting and night bus N87 towards Kingston or Central London (Clapham Junction, Vauxhall, Westminster, Charing Cross).

Shops(less than 10min walk):
Just 4min walk from Waitrose.
Around 8min walk from Tesco Extra(the big one).
Also other shops near Raynes Park.

All of the bills are included in the rent. Including the fastest available broadband.
For couples additonal £50.
We will have to ask for additional one time payment of £50 for reference checks.
