Double bed in friendly house- amazing price!

Hi!

Unfortunately I'm needing to move closer to work which means one lucky person will be able to take over my room in a brilliant, social houseshare.

THE ROOM:
It's a small double but very livable. The house is classed as being unfurnished.

THE HOUSE:
The house has a living room with 3 couches- always handy with friends around. Modern kitchen and very large bathroom. We are also really lucky to have a large garden leading of from the kitchen which is always utilized in summer.

THE HOUSEMATES:
You will be moving in with three Irish girls. All very social, chatty and always down for a wine night. Our lovely Maria will be moving home at the end of July so you will have the opportunity to be part of choosing another new housemate to fit in with the new house dynamics.

THE LOCATION:
We are very lucky to be right in the middle of three great transport links. Raynes park station is a 5minute bus ride or 15 minute walk away. Motspur park is also 15 minutes walk away and morden tube station (northern line) is 10 minutes on the bus. Wimbledon is 5 minutes on the train and Clapham junction 10 minutes.

BILLS:
Rent is ££375 per calendar month. We currently put ££80 into a separate flat account to cover all bills/household goods.

We are looking for someone down to earth, happy and relaxed who will treat the house like a home and not just a room.
