The Area
The flat is in a quiet and convenient area 2 minutes from Rotherhithe Overground and a 5-minute walk from Canada Water station on the Jubilee line, so it’s very well connected. There is a Sainsbury's and Tesco’s nearby, and we are on the river, right by the Thames pathway, and a 5-minute walk from Southwark Park, so lots of lovely walks nearby! There are also other amenities nearby such as cafes, restaurants and gyms, and The Mayflower pub is right on our doorstep.

Flatmates
We are two easy going and friendly females (27 and 28) - I’m studying to be a criminal barrister and Dom works in tech. We’re looking for a young professional or mature student over 25 who is friendly and wants to be part of the flat - watch tv together, share a glass of wine, have a chat in the evenings but also both appreciate having our own space/ downtime. We like to keep the flat clean, tidy and homey and are respectful of each other’s space, but you’re more than welcome to have friends over etc!
