Double room in homely flat

We are looking for someone to move into our two bed flat in Rotherhithe/Bermondsey.

The flat is a three min walk from Rotherhithe overground and seven mins from Bermondsey and Canada Water. We are just a minute away from the river and have southwark park on our doorstep.

The room is a double with lots of storage. There are two bathrooms in the flat and one toilet.

The large living room has high ceilings which lets in lots of light and has great wooden floors. The kitchen has all the normal stuff inside.

Rent is £650 without bills.
Council tax and water is £50 and we get gas bills every three months and split the bills.

A little about us...

I'm a 25 yr old A&E nurse working in Central London doing a part time MSc.
Brad is a 28yr old architect working in Waterloo. We both work a lot but like to go out when we can.

We are pretty chilled, tidy and like red wine. I love cooking and brads into anything for a few weeks that involves buying specific equipment - then selling it.
We want to live with normal people who are easy going and all the rest...
