The kitchen has a washing machine, grill/oven and microwave, a dining table, and a small enclosed balcony. The bathroom is clean and in good order, including a bath/shower.

Please note, we do ask all flatmates not to bring pork products into the flat.

Rent includes bills, broadband, all household consumables (toilet roll, cleaning products, etc) and a fortnightly cleaner.

Other flatmates are two professionals and a student - they are friendly, tidy and sociable, but very quiet and considerate on weeknights!
