I am a live in landlord with a double room situated at the front of the house overlooking the garden that gets the morning sun, the room has a double built in wardrobe with cupboard space above, 2 bed side tables, chester draws, and a desk, the bed is a small double with pull up mattress for storage. the room is recently decorated with some small touches left to do, which will be done before June. The house has one bathroom with toilet, small exercise room with treadmill and weights etc, large kitchen and lounge, also front and back garden, which is all shared.

As the first lodger, we can sort the room to your liking, adding shelves, moving room around, etc.

I have recently started my own business as a Plumber, so can be home all day sometimes, however, am looking to work for a company, so will be out of the house Mon to Fri, and I'm usually home on the weekends.
I have two cats, whose are my daughters, however, where she currently lives she cannot have them, they are very friendly and independent.

The beating heart of Peckham – home to Del Boy, road rap hero Giggs, national acting treasures Olivia Colman and John Boyega, and a much-photographed pink staircase – is Rye Lane. It’s a throng of colours as stalls sell fruit, veg, clothes, handbags and trainers, rooftop bars, pubs and a cinema, library and so much more. Walk past the kiosks playing Nigerian pop and the Chinese supermarket inexplicably blasting dance bangers and you’ll reach the Rye: a sprawling patch of green that stretches all the way to East Dulwich.
For travel the area is in Zone 2, Rye lane station is a five minute walk away, good bus route number 12 will take up up town in forty minute getting to sightsee along the way.
