Hi there,

I'm Penelope. I have a double spare room for rental in my lovely apartment, situated right in the middle of Seven Sisters, Green Lanes and Turnpike Lane, that is available from the end of may.

It is a 2 bedroom apartment with a shared bathroom, large living and dining area and kitchen. My room has a desk for working, and the is also the dining table which folds down if you want to make a desk in the living room area.

There is also a balcony too which you can access to through the back room.

I'm ideally looking for somebody who is into music and MMA as they are a passionate part of my life and I would like a housemate who is also excited about personal development and growth.

I'm a personal trainer by trade and am always happy to talk all things health and fitness!

I love to have a good time, cooking, playing games, going out, drinking good coffee and fermenting things.

I have an amazing pom called Ted, if you have a pet I am very happy to accommodate you both as long as they get along with Ted.

There are loads of local transport links close by. 2 parks, pubs, pool tables, delicious restaurants a stone's throw away and local good coffee.

Bills arent included. They will be split between us both.
