Double Room in Spacious House w Garden

Hi,

Our lovely housemate is moving out and we're looking for someone sound to come in and replace him.

The room is small but the house is very spacious for three people, with three floors, kitchen, living room and a garden. You would be sharing the bathroom with one other housemate and there's another toilet on the groundfloor. There's also lots of storage space, with a big built-in wardrobe in the room and a bunch of other storage spaces around the house.

The atmosphere between us is good. We're up for a laugh but also leave each other plenty of space.

The house is a five minute walk to Seven Sisters station (Victoria line) which gets you into the centre of town in 20mins door-to-door and gets you lots of places in East London with tonnes of Overground or bus options.

There's a handy supermarket across the road and loads of other amenities nearby e. g. a lovely park five mins away.
