A Sun-Filled Double That Can't Be Beat!

The Nitty-Gritty: Lovely, east-facing double room, furnished with a double bed, two armoires, a desk and a bookshelf. Includes free run of the kitchen (gas range!), living room (hope you like turkish television!) and both the back and front gardens. Rent includes super fast wi-fi, utilities and even dinner now and again. A quick walk to Seven Sisters station. A slightly longer walk to Turnpike Lane Station. Set between two all-night bus routes and fantastically well-connected bus-wise from both of those previously mentioned stations. The high street here is filled with butchers and bakers and most likely someone is making candles even.

The Low-Down: So... Too good to be true? Well, here's the meat of it. The lady we're looking for will get to live with my absolutely delightful Cypriot landlady in a disarming brick house in Seven Sisters. Mrs. Celebi is a kind, tolerant, charming, mom-type and might be just want you need in a roommate. She keeps the house nice and clean and spends most days gardening or cooking for her large brood of now-adult children. We're looking for someone tidy and respectful who'll appreciate having a quiet, polite, peaceful home. 'Fraid that means, you'll have to check the alcoholic-over-indulgence and over-night guests at the door. But in exchange, you can pick figs and apples from our backyard and Mrs. Celebi will feed you dolmas and gözleme until you're embarrassingly stuffed!

What You Are:
You're a professional woman who can deal with keeping her naughty habits outside the house (smoking is cool, but only in the garden) and sleeping at her lover's instead of the other way round. You clean up after yourself. You're quiet when it's needful (i. e. at night) but also willing to have a bit of chat and a cuppa when the mood is right.
