The property is located on a quiet tree lined residential road off Philip Lane. It is a 15 min walk to Turnpike Lane Tube (or 5 mins on the regular bus service)and 10 mins walk to Seven Sisters. There are good local amenities including shops (Tescos)and the Tottenham Green Leisure Centre which has a large swimming pool and will be open again soon!!!!

This is a cheap rental for London but we are looking for nice people who will look after the place and who are not merely seeking the cheapest rent possible.

the other 2 occupants are Tom and Silvia both working etc.

we are looking for working professionals preferably also we like to keep the place clean and tidy so absolutely no slobs. also for someone who is sociable as we don't want to be living in a typical London house of strangers but rather a home where people get on with each other.
