Short term let of my furnished room fitted with a double bed, closet, desk and bedside table and THE BEST view of London!

Available from Friday 28th June to Wednesday 7th August (6 weeks). No movement outside these dates unfortunately!

Looking for a female student/ professional who is clean and tidy. No deposit or references required!

Rent is £238 per week, or £1428 for 6 weeks. I will favor applications spanning the full 6 weeks. Water, electricity, WiFi bills are included in the rent, and there are no additional hidden costs.

**About the flat**

Duplex flat on the third and fourth floor, deck access flat with lift/stair access from the vibrant Watney Market. Entry to flat and bedroom has 180° views of London's skyline, as shown in pics. Flat has open plan kitchen-dining and living, the full length wrapped by a private balcony. Flat has 1 bathroom and 2 toilets. Brand new carpet, mattress, duvet and fan in the bedroom, and there is a monitor you can use as a TV!

Flat is located in Shadwell, a 3 min walk from Shadwell DLR station and Overground station! 10 min walk to Whitechapel station. 10 min walk to St Katherines Docks and Wapping, where you can find bars and restaurants on the Thames, 20 min walk to Tower Bridge and to Zone 1.

**Current flatmates**

The three flatmates are Masters students, studying at CSM, London Met, and SOAS in creative subjects.

A little bit about us, we enjoy socialising, painting and yoga! We all like our own space but also enjoy being social but no pressure if you like to keep to yourself!
