Charming Bright Double Room + Balcony: Shadwell E1

Hey, potential housemate! We are looking for a lovely person to fill our spacious double room with a balcony and a skyline view. You will share the maisonette with Evangelos, a Greek guy ( he/him, 45) and me, Marton a Hungarian guy (he/him, 38). Our last flatmate a lovely Chinese girl (she/her 28) moved back to China after 3 years of staying with us. We’re both working professionals and we’re looking for someone tidy and respectful. We have a quiet, clean, household :)

The flat is centrally located and it's just 1 minute walk from Shadwell DLR and Overground station. It's also 1 minute from the bus stop 15, and 9.5 minutes’ walk from Whitechapel tube station (Elisabeth Line), which means it's extremely convenient and very well connected to the city centre. There is also a post office (5 minutes away), Royal London Hospital (5 minutes away), and two small and two large supermarkets from 3-10 minutes away (all by foot).

- Fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher and 2 fridges and a freezer
- Washing machine (really good with a 20-minute cycle)
- Oven (electric) with gas hobs
- Wireless Fibre Optic high-speed internet connection
- Spacious lounge with a balcony
- 1 Bathroom/toilet and 1 separated toilet

The room contains a double bed 2 built-in wardrobes and your large balcony is exclusively yours. There's a table, a monitor with an arm, a laptop stand and a Herman Miller Mira 2 chair (£1200 RRP) that you can use. Your room is on the 1st floor of a two-storied flat and it's on the top of the building with views of the City. The room has been soundproofed. 

The room is immediately available and is £775 a month including bills. You will need to pay the deposit of one month (£775) when you move in. We also set aside £10 (social cash) each every month to get essential items like toilet paper, washing up liquids, mops etc.

We have a lovely landlord who is a carpenter and construction company owner who's a dab hand at any DIY-related tasks and quickly comes to the rescue.
