We have 1 double room with its own bathroom available in our massive West London home with a huge garden. 10 mins walk away from Stamford Brook tube (easy access to Hammersmith, Chiswick & Shepherds Bush)
About us: We are Tom, Priyanka and Alessandro - 3 clean and friendly professionals in our 30s, looking for a likeminded person to replace our current housemate. We’ve been in the house for a long time and have really enjoyed living in the Shepherds Bush/Chiswick area.
We’re a down to earth, chilled group. We have our own lives but also make time to come together as a house to watch TV, enjoy drinks, a meal and the occasional karaoke night!
We do a mixture of working from home and in the office. We all enjoy having a tidy living environment that you can feel at home in and all contribute to shared items like bills/cleaning supplies.
The house is great size with plenty of living and storage space (plus bags of room for your own workspace if you need it).
Favourite things about the house? The garden, which is perfect for sunbathing and BBQs. Lovely park opposite the house. Easy walking distance to local shops and cafes on Askew Road and Turnham Green. Everyone has their own bathroom!

Bills: (Includes Gas/Electric/Council Tax Band F, Water, Broadband and fortnightly cleaner) - approx. <£170 pcm per person
