Comfortable double sized room for 1 person in homely uniquely special house with convivial kitchen dinning room and south facing garden in Central West London , Shepherds Bush .

Shepherds Bush/White City benefits from a network of transport with four tube stations, overground, and buses close by and xcellent food shopping facilities such as the Shepherds Bush market and several supermarkets, mediterranean and ethnic local food shops, Westfield, the river Thames, .. Oxford Street 20 min , Hammersmith 10 min, Kensington 20 min by bus/ tube.

The house is split on 3 levels, 4 house mates sharing mix of
post graduate students, and young professionals.

The room is spacious and with a desk, office chair, double wardrobe.

Kitchen/dining room with wooden floor and marble counters , dining area with sofa overlooking south facing garden.

Looking for a friendly considerate house mate clean and tidy essential in communal areas, and who on a daily basis, if using the kitchen can cook basic meals, but if keen on master chef dishes ok only sometime.

Overnight guests house rule is for only occasionally not more often than every 3 months for a weekend, so does not suit if planning to host partner regularly.

All bills included , except council tax extra £60 pcm if applicable.
