Double bedroom in residential West London flat

Bedroom available in a two bed ground floor maisonette flat, located in Shepherd’s Bush.

LOCATION:
The flat is well connected to public transport, in walking distance to the Central line (White City), the Circle line, and Hammersmith and City line (Shepherd’s Bush Market) - all within 10-15 mins walk.

We are located near to Ravenscourt Park, Westfield Shopping centre and in walking distance of Hammersmith. The area is lively with lots going on, but the road itself is a quiet residential street.

SHARED AREA:
This spacious flat has two bedrooms, shared bathroom, shared kitchen and shared lounge/ dining room. There is a small patio garden out the back.

The lounge/ living area is largely furnished with my furniture.

BEDROOM:
The bedroom is a very decent size (3.45m x 3.54m) and easily fits a double bed, chest of drawers, desk, bedside tables etc with walking space around. There is also a built in cupboard (with shelves). The window overlooks the patio garden.

The bedroom has a bed frame (no mattress) and chest of drawers (both are the property of the landlord) but is otherwise unfurnished. It may be negotiable with the landlord to remove this furniture if you have your own.

ABOUT ME:
I have lived in this flat since August 2021. My current flat mate is moving in with her partner, so I am now looking for someone to replace her.

I work at home two or three days a week, from a desk in my bedroom. I am looking for a flatmate who is in a similar situation (also a professional, who may or may not work from home part of the time, from their bedroom).

Looking for someone likeminded who likes to socialise, but enjoys their alone time and is respectful of our own space.

Rent is £900 each per month. Bills are not included. Approx £200 per month.
