Double bedroom available in lovely house

Hi there!

I am am looking for two friendly housemates to share our house and join our lovely house-share in vibrant Shepherd's bush.

About the house:
You would have three double bedrooms available in our spacious 4-bedroom terraced house located in fun neighbourhood with lots of shops and cafes nearby.

Located a 2 min walk from Shepherd’s Bush Market Station, 9 min walk from the central line (White City/Shepherd's Bush stations), 10 min walk from Westfield Shopping Centre. The area is lively with lots of shops and amenities less than 1min walk away.

The house was fully renovated in March 2024. It has 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, a large and open kitchen, a dining and living room and a patio at the back. I've added pictures of the first two rooms, the third one is just about refurbished :) ! The kitchen is fully furnished with a microwave, oven and dishwasher. There is also a laundry room.

The three double bedrooms available include a double bed &
a wardrobe, and two of them also include a desk if you wish to WFH :)

About the current tenant:
I am a fun and sociable 31 year-old French professional working in sales in aviation. When not working, I enjoy hanging out with friends, running, travelling, and spending time in the outdoors or visiting the next fun event or expo in London.

This would be a social house for someone who enjoys socialising with their housemates and we'd have the occasional fun socials too. Otherwise, our house is open and friendly!

We keep the house clean and count on the new housemate to do so as well.

Move in date on 1st May.
