This is an extremely spacious two bedroom flat (~1000 sqft) in W12 . 10 mins walk to Shepherds Bush Market tube and 17 mins to Shepherds Bush station. 207/260/228/283 Bus station only 3 mins away. Street parking is free 17pm-9pm, but no resident permit comes with the flat.

It is my secondary home and technically the small bedroom is mine. You will occupy the huge master en-suite bedroom. However, I will use my bedroom very rarely when I have business events in London and could not catch the last train out, so probably only a couple of times a month. You will be having the whole flat to yourself most of the time. In case you have friends and family coming over to visit or on holiday, usage of the small bedroom is negotiable.

Im looking for a single person/couple who plan to stay for long-term. Professionals only. Non smokers, no pets, no late night parties. Need to be clean and tidy, treating this flat as your own home. Will require valid IDs, proof of employment and 3 months pay-slips.

Monthly rent 1650 plus council tax and utility bills of the flat. One month deposit. 12 months contract. It is not an AST but lodging agreement as I will be still considered a resident
