Looking for a chill flatmate!

I’m looking for someone fun to move into my spare room. If you can play guitar or another instrument you’re moving up my list…

The room looks out over the street and is reasonably spacious with a double bed. I don’t currently have a duvet or bedding but that can be acquired if necessary.

It’s currently just me living in the flat and I work during the week so looking for someone I can get on with in the evenings and who’s up for having fun on the weekends. I have an established friendship group in London so I’m looking for someone who doesn’t mind/ gets on with people who come around.

Bills are included, it’s easier if I just sort them. There is a study space as well as storage. I’ve got a well equipped and spacious kitchen/living room with everything you’d need. I like keeping it clean so I’d ask for you to split the cost of a £50 cleaner who comes once a fortnight.

The flat is very close to Shepherd’s Bush Market station and 10 minutes from Shepherd’s Bush tube.

I’m not in an immediate need to let it out so I’m prioritising a flatmate who I get on with. I’m open to all types of people so send me a message and we can meet up to discuss.
