Large Double Room in Shepherd’s Bush

Large double bedroom available in a spacious and bright 3-bed maisonette on a leafy quiet street, but a short walk to the buzz and life of Shepherd's Bush.

The room comes with a double bed, bedside table and two large built-in wardrobes. There is also enough space for a desk if you work from home. You will be sharing the bathroom with one other person only. Common areas include living/dining room, kitchen, small spare bedroom/study, back garden/patio. Bills are £90-£100 per person per month for gas, electricity, water, council tax (band D) and internet.

You will be sharing with Radi and Simon, two good friends, both professionals making the most of what London has to offer. We work Monday to Friday and like to relax or socialise in the evenings and on weekends. Between us we enjoy going to the gym, cycling, weekend brunches, gigs and going to the theatre.

We have been living in this lovely property for the last year and are looking for a new housemate to join us. You would ideally be friendly, sociable, tidy, respectful and looking to call this place home.
