Looking for a female flatmate to share a pretty flat in White City.

The flat is fully furnished and includes a large living room, bathroom and separate toilet. There’s a small kitchen which includes a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher.
The room contains a double bed, two wardrobes and several shelves on the wall.
This is an alcohol free household.

Bills not included, they come to about £100 extra for water, gas/electricity, internet and council tax.

Tenancy starts 20th August which will be a year long with no break clause. Two references are required and you will need to have the right to live in the UK.

Close to local amenities including two parks (5mins), Westfields Shopping Centre (15mins) and Shepherds Bush Market (20mins).

Closest stations are White City on Central Line, Wood Lane and Shepherds Bush Market on Hammersmith and City Lines. Close to lots of bus routes.
