Double Room in She Bu with Garden

We’re 2 lads looking for a new flatmate to replace a good mate heading to Australia. We have been in the house for a few years and have had no issues and have a great relationship with the land ladies. Flat is basement and first floor of a house, with the available room on the first floor at the back of the property. Property is 5minute walk from Shepherds Bush Overground and Underground and 7min walk from Shepherds Bush Market. Room includes bed and wardrobe. Rest of the property came unfurnished but we have pretty much everything you could need.
