The living room

We are two guys who are looking for a third housemate to replace the current tenant who will be leaving us in the beginning of September. If you are looking for a nice social house share with loads of space, then this might be the place for you!

The house consists of three bedrooms, a large living room, a kitchen, two bathrooms and a massive garden. The living room has two large sofas, a dining table and has direct access to the kitchen. In the lounge we have our Sky box with almost all the channels to view on our flat screen tv and fast broadband internet throughout the house.

The bedroom that became available is very large and has two doors opening up directly into the garden! The room comes furnished with a bed, a build in closet, a bed stand and a separate wardrobe closet. The room will become available on the 5th of September and we are looking for someone who can move in immediately.

We are available for viewing daily. The room costs 590,- a month, with some bills still to be payed, ranging around 60,- a month, including council tax.

The two current house mates have irregular working hours/days and enjoy to spend their free time around the house or around London.
