Single room in lovely flat for rent!

Hi!

I am renting out a room in Shepherds Bush, Askew road. It is a small room with a single bed, a wardrobe chest of drawers and a little desk. Although small, it's bright and I have a great living room, kitchen, bathroom and a little rooftop terrace with a BBQ all to share with only me.

I am 30 from the Netherlands, and I work as an assistant restaurant manager in a hotel. I work very long days and sometimes at odd hours. The house is my boyfriend's but he is relocated for work in Africa.

I'm looking for a flat mate who is more than just someone in the house. I'm not at home very often but when I am at home I do like a nice chat over a cuppa tea or a glass of wine or a meal, because I love to cook and they say I cook quite well :).

The house is well located; (night) busses in a minute walk and good connection to the central and Piccadilly line. There are some great pubs around and grocery stores are close by. Oh and Westfield shopping centre as well! Great if some retail therapy is needed :)

The rent would be 575 all-included. I have Virgin TV which facilitates me to watch endless marathons of series (I like everything crime) and the internet is quick.

The house is basically non-smoking, however smoking is allowed in the (closed) kitchen with the door shut and the window open.

If you are looking for a comfortable, quiet flat to call home, and you are sociable, no party animal but enjoying some company now and then, clean and tidy, then this might be the right room for you!
