Lovely Room to Rent in a 3 bedroom flat very close to Shepherd’s Bush and White City.

We have a large double bedroom to rent in our flat at Shepherd’s Bush. The room easily takes a double bed and has fitted wardrobe, desk and a bookshelf inside. Otherwise than there are two storage spaces shared between all of us, so the huge suitcase is not a problem. The flat also has a living room with a dining room attached. The kitchen is new along with a brand new boiler (for those of you who come outside of London it might seem strange that we mention it, but believe us, it's a problem VERY often). Kitchen also includes microwave, large fridge/freezer and washing machine.
The toilet and bathroom are separate, with the bathroom enjoying an electric shower (so no time wasted waiting for the water to heat up!)
The current flatmates Stephanie and Andrew are both final year students in Chinese and Architecture respectively. No, we're not a couple. Due to our landlord requirements we are looking for students only.
The price for the room is £150 a week, with bills totalling to around £40 a month extra.
The room will be available from the 23rd September and the current tenants can arrange with the landlady for a viewing every working day after 4. 30 PM. Deposit and firsts month rent should be paid when we sign the contract, so your name can be added to the contract and the total would be £1120.
