Single room available from 1st of December in a friendly household. The flat is on the third floor in a quiet, residential area, right in-between the bustling Uxbridge and Askew Road, close to 24 hour shops, restaurants, bars, pubs and off licenses.

The room itself isn't very large but comes furnished with a single bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, wardrobe and a large mirror. It is light and has a large window facing the access balcony and courtyard.

The flat mates are three lovely and really easy-going girls from Hungary and Spain working in media, fashion and charity. As the flat is quite small we usually come together in the kitchen/living room in the evenings and we enjoy eating, watching movies and having a few drinks together, but we are all respectful of each others privacy.

The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge/freezer, gas stove, microwave, toaster, kettle and washing machine. There is a massive flat-screen tv and high-speed wireless internet. Newly refurbished bathroom as of September 2014 and separate toilet. There's also a balcony facing the street.

Underground stations Shepherd's Bush Market (Circle and Hammersmith & City lines) and Shepherd's Bush (Central line and Overground) with Westfield shopping centre are a 5-10 minute bus ride or 15 minute walk away. Hammersmith station (Piccadilly line) and Stamford Brook (District line) are also located nearby. Bus stop is no more than a stone's throw from flat with night bus N207 operating around the clock.

Rent is £420 a month and bills usually come to around £55 a month on top of that. Deposit is equal of one month’s rent.
