Amazing dbl room! 2 mins from tube, with JACUZZI.

Hello everybody,

My girlfriend and I are moving out of the lovely house and room we have lived in for four years, so we are looking for someone to take our place!

A bit about the house: Three level four bedroom house with a big, bright lounge (very high ceilings) with a spacious dining area and a well furnished tidy kitchen, on a quiet, leafy street in Shepherds Bush. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a brand new fridge freezer and washing machine.

Your room would be a large sized double with a built in wardrobe. If you need it, another wardrobe can be left in the room when we leave (we're good like that). The room is bright during the day (the pictures were unfortunately taken at night...), and comes furnished with a lovely comfy bed.

We are less than five minutes walk from Shepherds Bush Market (Hammersmith and City) and 10 mins walk from Shepherds Bush (Central Line). There are no end of buses going from shepherds bush market station heading towards Hammersmith and the like, so travel is pretty much covered. Westfield is horribly convenient (a five minute walk away) so you'll end up spending a lot of your time and money there.

If you prefer to drive, there is parking outside on the street. parking permits are 150 a year, OR you can park after 5, before 9 Monday to Friday and all day weekends for free.

The only VERY minor downside that I have noticed is that there is only one bathroom for the house. That said, it has never been a problem in the past as all of us are very considerate in the morning, and the flipside to this is that it contains a full size Jacuzzi, and everybody is very accommodating if you want a couple of hours in the evening to unwind in the tub with the bubbles on.

About the housemates: two accountants (one male, one female), and one new chap who will be moving in at the same time as you (he's also very nice). All very friendly, always up for a chat in the living room but also very conscious of the need for privacy and quiet.

We each have a standing order for bills which is £80 per month which covers everything, including a cleaner and super speedy broadband. Any extra money in the bills account that isnt used for bills is given back at the end of the contract. There will be a £180 charge for putting yourself on the contract when you join the house.
