As my long term tenants recently got a job abroad, this highly sought-after property is back on the market. The 2 bedside lamps are controlled by touch, with more storage available in the two drawered bedside cabinets. 3 Velux windows with blackout blinds. A capacious work desk with adjustable (mood or task) LED lamp and molded leather chair.

The en-suite bathroom has high quality Grohe taps and thermostatic shower fittings. Amtico vinyl floor. Quadrant shower with sliding doors, sink with two pull out drawers, mirrored bathroom wall cabinet with more storage capability and a wall-hung loo. There are two shelf units which can be used for spare towels and toiletries and a large round mirror. There is an automatic ventilation fan which switches off after a while, but you can open the velux window for ventilation as well.

On the floor below, there is a fully equipped fully stocked Magnet kitchen for your sole use with “ship-deck” style wooden flooring. All mod cons – plenty of wall units for storage, big sink with electric food waste disposal. There’s a built-in washing machine/dryer and electric oven, award winning dishwasher and Whirlpool induction hob (both won a Which Best Buy award), as well as a Baumatic larder fridge/freezer and Bosch microwave. Table and 2 chairs, more seating can be provided if needed. The kitchen is south facing so is flooded with sunlight during the day.

Next to the kitchen is a second bathroom which you can also use, it has a full length bath and shower with Grohe fittings. Sink with storage cupboard and a big bathroom mirror with lights controlled by waving your hand, plus a wall-hung loo. The highlight is an Outasight shower screen which folds down against the wall when not needed. A sleek Zehnder Roda Spa towel radiator completes the luxurious touch.

The cozy living room has another work space with a desk and chair. When you want to relax, there is a trendy 3 seater ‘Magma’ sofa by award winning designer Rock Galpin, a Varier Ekstrem chair – which won the prize for Best Chair in the Livingetc Style Awards 2022 – and a Marcel Breuer Wassily chair, plus a quirky papier-mache pig footstool. Needless to say, I will be looking for people who will appreciate and care for these designer pieces.

The living room has a 40 inch JVC smart Fire TV and a Sony Blu Ray player that upscales to 4K, as well as hundreds of films on DVD/Blu Ray for you to borrow. There is a house Amazon Prime account for your use, or sign into Netflix and/or Amazon with your own account.

I very rarely use the rooms upstairs, the remaining room on the first floor is currently used as my personal storage, however I sometimes have visitors who may sleep in it and use the bathroom next to the kitchen. And your occasional guests may also use this space.
