1 x Double Room in Shepherds Bush!!

Hey!

We are looking for one female flatmate to join us in our 3 bed upside-down maisonette in Shepherds Bush!

The House

We have the first and second floor of a terraced house with one bathroom and three bedrooms on the first floor and the kitchen and lounge on the second floor. The bathroom was brand new in March 2014 - everything from the shower head to the toilet! The kitchen is on the small side but has enough space to dance around in. The lounge is where you find Steph and I most often - either watching Take Me Out, catching up on Hollyoaks or flicking through Netflix! The house is fully furnished thanks to Ikea so you won't need to bring a bed with you. We are a 7 minute walk to Shepherds Bush Market Station (Hammersmith & City and Circle lines) and a 13 minute walk to Shepherds Bush (Central Line and Overground). There are also a number of bus routes to get you quickly to central with night buses running too!
Last but never least WESTFIELDS is on the door step - you will find us there regularly... especially on pay day!

The Room

We have a double room with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair (with a double bed too). It has been very well looked after by our previous girl!

The Housemate

We are ideally looking for a female flatmate (sorry boys!) Someone who will be a good laugh and join us on our adventures - we have a 2015 to do list and would be more than happy to have a third member! Activities include going to a rooftop bar, seeing the London skyline at night, attending a festival in London and going on a theatre trip. We are both sociable and like to go out for brunch/dinner/drinks but also like nights in cooking together, baking brownies and watching Netflix. We do also like to have some 'me' time and respect each others space when doing so. to chill. We are both in the early stages of our careers - Steph works in Market Research whilst I work in Sales, so your typical 9-5 jobs! So another professional at a similar age to us would be great. Also, clean and tidy - we like to keep communal areas clean, no one wants to live in anyone else's mess after all.

Money

Rent is £599. 50 pcm which is great for the size of the house and location. Monthly bills are as follows:
Internet = £5
TV = £40ish for the year
Council tax = £31
Gas/Electric = £20ish (paid quarterly)
Total of £660ish pcm

The room is available from 10th May but there is room to be flexible if need be. Certain contracts will need to be signed and a tenant fee/deposit to be paid to the estate agent so it'd be great to get someone lined up sooner rather than later!
