We have a beautiful double bedroom with private bathroom available to rent from the 13th of March 2016. For an individual or couple.

The house is a beautifully presented, light and spacious two double bedroom, two bathroom split level upper Edwardian maisonette with private garden.

The property offers over 1000sq ft and oozing charm and period features, also comprising a large reception room, a spacious kitchen dining room with steps down to the private patio garden.

Willow vale is a residential cul de sac located North of the Uxbridge road and in close proximity to amenities, transport links and Wormholt park.

You will share the house with two professionals: a designer and an entrepreneur. We are quiet and likeable people who enjoy chatting over a nice glass of wine or sharing some good Italian food. We respect the house (we like tidiness) and everyone’s privacy.

Smoking in not allow inside the property. The rental fee includes internet, council tax and some utility costs. We welcome couples for an extra £250/month
