The flat is a beautiful Edwardian 2 bedroom flat with it's own private entrance, separate dining room and living room and private garden, perfect for brunch on sunny days! It's in very good condition and I've just had the bathroom re-done.

The room to let is a single room which comes with extra storage outside the room. It's very quiet with a garden view.

The area is very pretty, villagey, leafy and safe. There are two parks within 5 min walk. Lots of cafes, neighbourhood restaurants, very nice pubs and many supermarkets etc 5 minutes from the flat.

Westfield Shopping Centre is also nearby.

I work helping to improve Children's Health in Camden and in my spare time I love baking, cooking, playing tennis in the local park, seeing friends for coffee, films, art exhibitions and browsing craft markets. I also love going for walks in Hampstead Heath. I'm very friendly, open and relaxed. Would be great to share with someone who is also a happy and easy-going type of person!
