Double room with flexible move in date

The room

The house is located a 12-15 minute walk to Shepherds Bush station (central and overground), 8 minutes to Shepherds Bush Market (Hammersmith and City) and is serviced just up the road by the 207, 607, 283 and N207 buses. (Just to name a few). Westfield shopping centre is also just up the road. There's one bathroom, a spare smaller room/study that could be used for storage and the place has a little courtyard and shed which is nice in the summer time. The house is fully furnished. I know the landlord from previous housing and know there are no problems with getting things fixed and sorted if the need should arise. The place has also recently been painted.

It is the smallest of the 3 rooms in the house, but still has ample room however we do have a spare room the previous housemate used to store the remains of her stuff.

Bills are not included and they come to a little over £100 per person each month. This includes a cleaner once a fortnight (she's happy to do your ironing should you need but you will need to arrange this with her) and sky including sports and movie packages.

As for me, I'm 30, an Aussie and am pretty laid back. I've lived in London now for over 5 years, so very much consider it home and me a local. I work in retail management so don't have set days off. Like spending time with my mates- pubs, bars, coffee, dinner, out for a bike ride, but also like to settle in every now and again. I do like to have mates around occasionally for dinner too. I'm pretty sporty- cycle, snowboard, ski, head to the gym. I still travel a fair bit too.

Rory is in his early 20's, Irish and works in central London. We do hang out occasionally although very much so like to do our own things. Looking for someone with similar interests I guess and no couples- house is the perfect size for 3!
