Double Room to rent 2 min from Shepherds Bush tube

Unfurnished double room to let in friendly Shepherds Bush flat. The flat is very near W12 centre and Westfield shopping centre (which have a Morrisons and Waitrose respectively as well as lots of other shops) and 2 min walk from Shepherds bush tube and maybe 15 min walk from shepherds bush market tube (on the hammersmith and city line). The flat is very close to shepherds bush green, 20 minutes walk from Notting Hill Gate (and therefore Hyde Park) and the same from Hammersmith. Holland Park and Kensington Gardens are closer maybe 10 min walk.

You would be sharing a house with two fantastic housemates, one male and one female, both professionals and just about in their 30's. The bill amounts fluctuate but on average it will work out at about 505 pounds a month all included, but whatever the price this will be an absolute bargain and I feel unfortunate that I have to leave London and stop living here.
