I am leaving the UK and my cosy double room will be available from Aug 27th. ALL BILLS INCLUDED INCLUDING A CLEANER.

The room might be a tad on the small side but it is very cosy, warm and has an built-in wardrobe and a vintage chandelier plus under bed drawers. The room is located on the first floor with a modern bathroom right next door (sharing with only 1 other person and not the whole house).

The house itself is furnished to an exceptionally high standard with very high ceilings. See the photos for yourself.

The fully fitted kitchen has a Smeg fridge and Smeg double oven.

You will be sharing with 4 people (4 bed house over two floors) but the house is so big and airy that it works without it being crammed.

ABOUT US:
You will be living with chilled professionals who have busy lives but like sharing the odd glass of wine and a meal together. It isn't a party house t all.

The house is about a 10-12 minutes walk to either Shepherds Bush Market, White City or Wood Lane and Westfield. There is a park less than a minute's walk away and it is located near the new Television Centre development where the new Soho House will be.

We will be meeting with prospective housemates for a quick chat but anything else you need to know just ask. We don't mind if you have completely different interests as long as your decent, friendly adults who appreciates banter. :)
