The house is 10 minutes walking from Shepherd`s Bush station(Hammersmith and City Line), 15 minutes from Shepherds Bush St(Central Line), 10 minutes walking from Westfield Shopping Center. The house is refurbished, there`s a nice garden, fully fitted kitchen, internet, TV.
Rent includes all bills except gas and electricity (typically £23 p/m)
So Council Tax, TV Licensing, Water, High Speed Broadband are inclusive in the rent.
