Join our great flat share in a cute house in East Acton! Anyone is welcome as long as you're nice!
The bedroom is about 15 m2 on the first floor with a double bed, and we all share a bathroom. We tend to have different schedules so it's never been a problem.
We're all working girls, so the house is our place to chill - don't expect parties every night! But we love to hang out together and have fun just as much as we love our peace and quiet.
Rent is £470 per month but we would want the new flat mate to go onto our agency's contract. The estate agent fees are £130 and they will require a six weeks' deposit and references from your current employer and from your previous landlord.
Bills amount to a maximum of £70 per month (in the winter).
