Beautiful large double room, ensuite, garden flat

I'm looking to replace my flatmate who is moving back home. At this bittersweet hour, I'm hoping to find someone who loves the flat as much as I do.

About the flat / bedroom:

The flat is peaceful with a lovely garden, and a huge open kitchen and living room. Your bedroom is a large double, fully furnished, with tons of light, 2 huge closets with built in drawers, and a fireplace. Let's just say my current flatmate brought a massive amount of clothing and other things when she moved, and you'd hardly notice with the amount of storage that's in the room - pretty amazing. You'd have your own bathroom as well.

The kitchen is a thing of beauty - tons of cabinet and counter space, brand new appliances, with dishwasher and washer. The bathrooms are super modern. Yours has a large tub, enormous mirror, and tons of space. We also have a Harry Potter closet in the hall for extra storage.

I don't have pets, but this place is perfect for them with the garden and space - so pets welcome! I like both dogs and cats.

About the location:

The flat is in a residential part of Shepherd's Bush, with local pubs and supermarkets all around. You'd be a 10 min walk to the Central Line at White City, or 10 mins by bus to the Central Line or Overground at Shepherd's Bush. The Hammersmith & City and Circle lines are available as well, at Shepherd's Bush Market station, about a 10 min walk away.

I love to purchase fruit and other necessities from the small locally-run shops around the flat, but there's also a Sainsbury's and Cooperative 2 mins away, and Waitrose and Westfield at Shepherd's Bush. You'll find the area to be very vibrant, with a mix of families and young couples and professionals. My favorite bar in the area is Brew Dog where I'll often go to seek out life and beers!

I'm a single, professional female in my late 20's. I'm originally from America, living in London for about a year and a half. I love art, theatre, and technology, and exploring all that London has to offer. I travel a fair amount for work (and will always bring home delicious treats from abroad!). When at home, I love to relax, play some music, and cook. Looking for an equally chill but friendly flatmate.
