Rent: £560pm Deposit: £750 (6 weeks rent, refundable)
Bills: £48pm (approx. for Water, Internet High Speed, Council Tax) and Gas and electricity is paid every 3 months (Approximately £60pp for 3 months depending on season) so a total of less than £630 every month with everything!!

I am moving out of London hence giving it up. It's a really spacious house and a very good one for the price!! I've been living here for 2 years and did not want to move!

House: It is a LARGE two floor period house comprising 2 double bedrooms( one of them is yours), 2 single rooms, living room, open plan kitchen and dining area, 1 full bathroom (shower & toilet), 1 shower room, 1 separate toilet, 2 storage rooms, a utility room and a sunny conservatory. There is a large backyard and a parking space in the front that is free right now as none of us have a car. The kitchen is well equipped and you will have lots of space to keep your groceries.

Walking distance to East Acton Tube Station, Hammersmith Hospital and Westfields Shopping centre is nearby. In addition this house is conveniently placed for A40.

Distance to East Acton Station: 5 mins by walk
Acton Central: 15 mins by walk
Hammersmith Hospital: 10 mins by walk
Lots of grocery and corner stores nearby, a huge Argos/Homebase is also nearby. Westfield London is two stops away in Shepherds Bush.

Housemates: You will be sharing with three other housemates, 2 guys and 1 girl all with the age range 25-30. The guys work in hotels as bookings manager and Chef and the girl is a Marketing Manager in Central London. They are all nice and helpful. Everyone takes responsibility for paying a bill and then we settle and even it out end of the month using an app. You will be in charge of paying the water bill every month. Everyone cleans after themselves and we get a cleaner every 3 weeks and costs just £5 per person.

Room: It's a spacious room with a double bed, cupboards (lots of hangers), desk, side table, lots of light, shoe rack, spare monitor, drawer tower, chair, airbed for guests etc with a cool fireplace setting as you can see in the picture. Apart from the two cupboards there is also a clothes rack in the conservatory that I was not using but if you need can be used. Lots of storage space in the store room to fit suitcases (upto 3-4 easily)
NOTE- IMPORTANT: The mattress that was provided was old and sunk in the middle and I bought a new one less than a year ago. I am leaving that and all my furniture- airbed, canvas cupboard, side table, table fan, lights, chair, 3 extension cables, monitor, iron, iron board, shoe rack behind. As I do not have time to resell everything, they come with the room so you will have pay me £200 for it. (Considering the price of the mattress and everything else it is good deal!) Summary of Rent/Bills:
After the housemates approve of you, I will arrange a meeting with the landlady and give my recommendation. After her approval you have to give her the deposit of 6 weeks rent - £750(refundable) +£50(change name on Contract & Deposit Certificate) immediately.

To me (immediately after her approval) - £200 (For the mattress, air-mattress, shoe rack, iron, iron board, canvas cupboard, side table, drawer rack and everything else that is left) + £278 (October rent £253 + £25 bills)
Total to me: £200 +£278 = £478
From Nov 1st Rent will be paid to the girl housemate - Marta (Head tenant)
