You'd be sharing with a couple of great flatmates, Neha (24 - Canadian, Student) and Anait (25- British, Professional - Architectural assistant). So we're looking for a friendly and relaxed addition to the flat.

🏡 The house
Our house consists of 3 bedrooms, an open plan kitchen and lounge, spacious and modern bathroom, and a really nice and cosy garden which is great for those spring/summer evenings with a glass of wine. The house went through a bathroom and kitchen refit with new features just a few years ago. Fully registered with local council as a Licensed HMO so has had electrcial/fire upgrades to ensure your safety (if renting a 3 or more bedroom flat ensure you DO NOT rent a flat without this license for your own safety).

🚇 Located close to Shepherd’s Bush Market station with the Hammersmith and City line (10-minute walk) or 10 minutes by bus for the Shepherd’s Bush Station and Central line, which is only 2 tubes stops away from Notting Hill.

Also, White City station (Central line) is available at a 12-minute walk from the house. The area is quiet and green, with two parks in close proximity to the house. The Hammersmith riverside is only a 20-minute walk away. The area is perfect for running and walks. The Westfield shopping centre is also just a 10-minute walk away, and a Sainsburys Local is located 2-minutes walk away.
