I have a double room available in a lovely 2 bedroom flat in Shepherds Bush Market available from 1st of February (move-in date can be slightly earlier if needed). I have been living here with my flatmate for the 2 years, and I love it, but unfortunately he is moving in with his boyfriend...

Here is the detail of the property:

Rent: £780 per month
Bills: About £90 each per month

Shared Amenity: Living room, bathroom, full kitchen with a dish washer, washing machine & dryer, plenty of storage places within the room/shared space, hoover, etc.,

The landlord is super friendly and she is very helpful and accommodating, which is s big plus in London!

A bit about myself:

I am a well-traveled 35 year old gay male, originally from Japan but have lived in Japan/USA/the Netherlands and I have been a Londoner for the past five years. I’d like to think I’m pretty friendly and open minded and I love yoga, good food and traveling.

Working professional/respectful/LGBT friendly/clean and tidy/fellow yogi would be a big plus but not a requirement/someone who is social but not a party animal
