Hello; i have an ensuite double room available for single use, for a duration of the stay of at least a week and up to 2 months, at a price of 400/wk (1500/mo for monthly stays).

My flat has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms so one of the ensuite bedrooms is available. It is a spacious and comfortable bedroom, with lots of storage space. Room has a king size bed, a desk and chair, a built in wardrobe and another wardrobe.

It is in Waterson Street, so 3min walk from Hoxton Overground and Columbia flower market; 10min walk to Old Street tube station, Brick Lane, Spitalfields, the City; 15min walk from Liverpool Street.

Amenities include a private seating area on the terrace, access to a secluded coffee shop in the private courtyard, and complimentary access to a gym only 3 minutes away.
