Short-term Fabulous Room Shoreditch / Old Street

A spacious bedroom in a beautiful 1800's Victorian flat on a quiet and picturesque tree-lined street, 7 minute walk from Old Street station, zone 1 in central London. Avant-garde area full of art galleries, co-working spaces, restaurants, cafes, street art, music, trendy shops and markets. There is a gothic 1870's historical pub/pizzeria, cafes, restaurants with outdoor terraces, dry-cleaner, pharmacy, barbershop, and a new Curzon cinema, all around the corner at one minute walk. Many great places to explore nearby: Old street, Brick lane, Silicon Roundabout/ Tech city, Hoxton Square, Shoreditch High street, Columbia Rd, Regents Canal, Broadway market, The City, Barbican Centre, Spitafields market. The *single-occupancy* bedroom is cosy, quiet, with a desk, and a very comfortable double bed. Ideal for female solo travellers and digital nomads.

*Monthly: £1400 and £350 per additional week. *Less than a month stay: £400/week. Longer term could be an option after the first month. Would also consider Monday to Friday lodgers.

A very clean and tidy living space. You would be staying in the spare bedroom of my two bedroom flat and have access to shared kitchen, bathroom, lounge, and terrace. Parking permit available for purchase from council.
*Smoking is only allowed outdoors.

Various sports amenities nearby; Britannia Leisure Centre, multiple yoga and pilates studios, and Shoreditch Park are all within a 5-10 minute walk. There are also tennis and basketball courts 150m/480ft away. A very safe neighbourhood.

The nearest tube Old Street station is 7 mins away, from there it takes 3 mins to Bank, 8 mins to get to Kings Cross, 9 mins to London Bridge, 17 mins to Oxford St, and 20 mins to Canary Wharf. There are multiple 24 hour buses, stops are only 5 mins walk. The nearest overground- Hoxton station is 12 minutes from the doorstep.
