Room in Shoreditch/ Liverpool St flat

This is a delightful room bang in the middle of Shoreditch (frankly a ridiculously good location). I've lived here for around two years but am moving out to live with my partner, and will be very sad to leave my two lovely housemates who are now looking for someone to fill the room.

It's very well connected with Liverpool St, Old St, Moorgate, Spitalfields and Brick Lane all accessible in less than 10 minutes.

The room is around 12 metres squared (4.3 by 2.7) and looks south onto Worship St. The flat has a separate living room and kitchen, which are semi-open plan. The flat is unfurnished and the bedroom will be left empty and clean (if desired I can leave behind a wardrobe and chest of drawers, though you will need a bed).

The flat also includes access to shared courtyard with some outdoor furniture free to use. Some of the pictured common furniture is mine so there will some need for replacement. The council tax band is D.

Rosie and Yasmin are two flatmates, both professionals (civil servant and recruitment) who are friendly, tidy and considerate (and I can vouch for all of these traits!). They are happy to welcome someone who wants to get involved in flat meals, coffee trips, or movie nights in.

About Rosie: enjoys running, wandering around art galleries and drinking tea. Sociable and likes having people around for food.

About Yasmin: likes to go around the local markets, exploring bookshops, and Colombia road flower market on the weekend. Always up for grabbing a coffee or pints on the weekend
