Double room in central Shoreditch!

Hi everyone!

I'm looking to fill my double room located in central Shoreditch starting from 13th June 2024.

The flat is comprised of 3 bedrooms and includes a big shared living area, a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher, a bathroom featuring both a WC and a bath/shower, as well as an additional WC. The flat also comes with a washing machine and dryer. The flat has been decorated really nicely and is super colourful and fun. You will share the flat with 2 super friendly girls from Ireland that are looking for someone friendly, easygoing, clean, and sociable but respectful of personal space. Also looking for someone that doesn’t wfh (once a week is alright)

The closest stations are Shoreditch High Street Overground (2 min walk), Old Street (12 min walk) and Liverpool Street (12 min walk). There's a Tesco Express 1 minute away, a Sainsbury's 3 minutes away and a big Aldi by Old Street.

The monthly rent is £934 and bills come to around £120.
