A spacious double room in a modern Victorian house with two working professionals. The area is Shoreditch, which is quiet/residential, with walking distance to transport links.

The room has a single size bed with a spare that rolls out underneath, the bathroom is just down the hallway with a large deep bath, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The house has its own garden with a table and seats, large umbrella and a tiny BBQ I recently bought. Perfect for relaxing on the weekends.

The flatmates are a married couple who are a Digital Design professional and a Project manager - both tidy, quiet and considerate.

The house is less than 10 mins walk to the Shoreditch High Street Station-Overground, 15 mins walk to the Liverpool Street Station-Central Line, 20-30 mins to Oxford Street by bus, including night buses. The Flower Market is behind the house, so you can get fresh flowers every Sunday and surrounded by the best coffee and cakes shops in London.

The flat is on offer for at least 6 months, there is no max limit.
