I'm a freelance performing artist and film maker who's looking for a female flatmate (as the other flatmate is female) to rent the other large bedroom in a cute 2 bedroom apartment I rent in Shoreditch.

It would be great if you're in the arts too and like to have the occasional chat over a pot of tea when you're at home relaxing. I'm a friendly and socialble non smoker who would like to live with an easy going working gal who is not a party animal, likes to live in a CLEAN and CALM tidy flat, reliable at paying rent, respectful, responsible, house trained and generally, a nice and friendly sound minded person.......NO drama please :)

Very Large room with 2 windows.
Double bed.
Bright and spacious.
Storage.
£700 + Bills (about £100+) per month.

THE FLAT;
Spacious flat Above a shop.
Decent size kitchen with attached dining room.
Bathroom with shower and bath.
Two toilets.
The flat is NON SMOKING.

In the heart of SHOREDITCH
1 min walk to Hoxton station,
8 mins walk to Old street tube,
13 mins walk to Liverpool street tube,
4 mins to Columbia road market,
10 mins to Broadway market,
8 mins walk to Brick lane,

VERY central to everything in Shoreditch.
Buses direct to central London.
