Big double room in South Wimbledon

Hi,
We have a massive room available in our house in South Wimbledon.

We are 2 girls and I boy looking for another girl preferably too join us in our house.

We are looking for someone clean and tidy and fairly quiet as this is not a party house. Also no WFH, sorry.

About us:
Me(28), Silvia (36) and Michael (33) have been living in this house since 2021, it’s a little old and run down but very much loved!
All 3 of us work in hospitality, the girls work during the day in cafes and Michael works night at a pub.

About the house:
It’s a typical 4 bedroom house, 3 big bedrooms and one small one, a kitchen, living room, one bathroom and a fairly big garden (that is in desperate need of some love after the long winter)

Our place is a 5 minute walk away from the South Wimbledon tube station (Northern Line) and 15 minutes walk away from Wimbledon Station (District Line and National Rail)
We have a few cafes and shops around the area and a looooot more in the centre of Wimbledon 15 minutes away.

The room we are renting out is on the ground floor, next to the living room.

The price of the room is £800 with bills already included (we sometimes have to chip in a little extra if he heat the house a little too much in winter)

The room is available from the 15th of May and free to view anytime before then!!
