This is just for 6 months with an opportunity to extend for a further year (I will be moving out of London and looking for a similar flat mate) Overall we are looking for a great housemate to share with, open-minded, relaxed, positive, individual and looking for someone similar, although have their own circles it would be great to interact with one an other when around the house.

The flat is situated just 3 mins walk from South Wimbledon Tube Station - which is amazing location. Also 10-15 minute walk to Wimbledon Train/ District Line.

Rent for the double room is £1,400 per month, plus bills of approx £200 a month. Which is great for someone looking for a home, as we have the whole 2 story house to ourself.

A deposit of around £1,600 is needed and a couple of references will be checked with the agency. I am happy to pay any additional fee's for references and if contract signing fee.
