Spacious flat with communal garden

The room is a large double, there is a big living room area. And a quiet neighborhood easy access to Wimbledon and clapham junction via bus(156) about 20 mins, and southfields station is a 10 min walk( district line). Bills come to 150 PCM. There are two parks 10 minute walk(Wimbledon park, Putney heath), all the regular shops at southfields station with a co-op ( 5 min walk) around the corner.
