Looking for 4th housemate

Hello beautiful people! we are looking for someone to move in from 10th May to 10th July, when our contract ends, when we will all be moving out. If we get on well, maybe we can look for a flat together? 😊 We have a good sized room available in Southfields/Earlsfield lots of storage.

Accessibility information: 2 story house, one step up to the front door, the room is upstairs the stairs are 14 step with a hand rail. There is a front garden and a back garden, one step down to the garden, the door to the garden is in my bedroom on the ground floor.

I am a tenant, we have a live out landlord.

£720 +bills.
