After a couple of years with a lovely couple living here they are now moving on to new pastures. This beautiful 2 double bedroom flat close to the heart of southfields, wimbeldon and round the corner from wimbeldon tennis is up for rent. With viewings planned for week commencing the 2nd of October. We can be flexible of the moving in date.

Both rooms are really bright, spacious and will shortly be in the process of being re-decorated. There is a lovely sized living room with a door out onto the balcony (where we grow some herbs for the kitchen). The bathroom is great, really large and has a shower over the bath. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped with large windows and has access onto the balcony.

Both room that it going free are spacious, with tons of storage and a really good quality double bed! There are some good views over London from the bedroom.

The flat is really well located - with the district line at Southfields less than a 5 minute walk away. There is a bus at the end of the road (1 minute walk) that goes to Putney and Clapham. Wimbledon village is also easy walking distance with the Wimbledon tennis centre just round the corner.

The flat has plenty of parking for you and your visitors. There is also a bike rack outside (if you can't be bothered bringing your bike up the stairs :) ). The grounds of the flat are lovely with plenty of lawn for sunbathing on sunny days!

We are looking for young professionals either as a couple of individuals, a couple or young family to live in this beautiful flat.
